Refund policy

For retail purchases made online or in-Spa, we are happy to accept returns within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase for in-Spa credit. All returns must still have tags attached and show no signs of use. Items marked “Clearance” or “Final Sale” and perishable items cannot be returned. Gift card sales are Final Sale and cannot be returned for any reason. For items shipped that cannot be returned in-Spa, please contact us at info@sanctuarydayspaknox.com to receive a return-shipping label, and your in-store credit will be provided via a Spa Gift card (less return-shipping) that will be emailed directly to you to use at your convenience.
