Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer in-Spa pickup or flat rate $11.99 shipping within the continental United States for all items except for candles which will be priced based on weight and extra materials. **Please note that we cannot guarantee candles will ship free from issues that arise from temperature fluctuations that may occur during transit.  For that reason, we do not recommend shipment of candles or offer returns or exchanges on any candles shipped.**  Our shipments occur on Tuesdays and Fridays of each week for orders placed by 10:00 am the day of shipment.
